A regular meeting of the Public Council under the Committee for Industrial, Radiation and Nuclear Safety under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held to discuss the Committee’s transparency, public engagement, and efforts to provide citizens with reliable information.

During the meeting, Committee representatives presented information on the institution’s key areas of work, ongoing initiatives, and achievements in the fields of industrial, radiation, and nuclear safety. It was noted that these sectors play a crucial role in ensuring public safety, protecting the environment, and supporting the country’s sustainable development.

The event was not limited to presentations. Members of the Public Council and representatives of the media had the opportunity to ask questions, share proposals, and openly discuss issues related to the Committee’s activities. Participants exchanged views on improving transparency and strengthening communication with the public.
